Key Stages Of Our Notarial Services

Every notarial matter is unique, and the process varies depending on whether the client is an individual or a company. However, the key stages we typically follow include:

Initial Document Review

We begin by receiving your documents and instructions, assessing what is required for notarisation.

Liaison With Relevant Parties

We communicate with your legal advisors or relevant organisations to obtain any supporting information needed, such as details from Companies House, foreign registries, or powers of attorney.

Verification of Identity and Authority

We verify the identity, capacity, and legal authority of the individual who will be signing the document.

Document Authenticity Checks

When certification is required, we confirm the authenticity of documents with the issuing authority. For academic certificates, this includes checking with the appropriate educational institution.

Meeting With the Signatory

We meet the signatory to confirm their understanding of the document, ensure they are signing willingly, and oversee proper execution.

Preparation of Notarial Certification

We prepare, draft, and attach the appropriate notarial certificate or endorsement.

Legalisation Arrangements

Where necessary, we arrange legalisation services such as apostilles or consular certification.

Secure Record Keeping

We securely store copies of all notarised documents in compliance with the Notarial Practice Rules 2019.
