Costs
Our prices start from £80inc VAT and our hourly rate is £290 plus VAT. We will provide an estimate at the time of instruction and agree a fixed fee with you before proceeding. We will also confirm all applicable disbursements in advance.
Our fee may include time spent on preliminary advice, drafting and preparation, making and receiving telephone calls, written correspondence in all formats, arranging legalisation, and maintaining required records. Please note that some documents must be legalised before they can be accepted in the receiving jurisdiction. This may involve obtaining an apostille from the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and, for certain countries, additional legalisation through the relevant embassy or consulate.
All fees are subject to VAT.
Payment can be made by cash, debit card, or bank transfer. Payment of our fee and any disbursements is due once the document has been prepared. We may retain the document until full payment has been received.
Occasionally, unforeseen or unusual issues may arise during the course of the matter that require us to revise our initial fee estimate. Examples include the need for additional documents to be notarised, further translations or legalisations required to meet the receiving jurisdiction’s standards, or adjustments to third-party fees due to external factors such as fuel price changes. We will inform you as soon as possible if any revision to the estimated fee becomes necessary.
